This was our third offcial year of making the trek down to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. Last year was my first year with my new camera, but with the rain it was kind of a bust so it was nice to be able to take all of these pictures using only the light of the Christmas lights. Our night was a complete contrast to our visit last year. We were all in a good mood, we were happy to be together, and we just had a really nice night together as a family. What a difference a year can make.
If you asked Stella what her favorite part of the night was, she would tell you it was when her daddy surprised her and grabbed her from behind and made her float along for a bit. She loved it, and she begged him to do it the rest of the night over and over again. It was pretty crowded and cold, but overall it was just about as delightful as these pictures make it out to seem.
