PIANO RECITAL ADVENTURES

Stella is a very natural piano player, and she loves it. However, piano recitals are not really her favorite. She gets so nervous. The nervousness lasts for weeks before as she practices her recital song. Poor girl. Thankfully we all really loved her recital piece this year on November 4th. It was a song from the movie La La Land and it was very pretty. She did AMAZING, and she was the only performer in the whole recital that didn't make any mistakes. Not that it matters to us if she plays perfectly, but she really did do a great job. Unfortunately Brent's phone didn't want to focus so we had to stay after for a long while, waiting for everyone to leave so we could get a good video of her playing her song. In the end we got it, and it was worth the wait. I'm always so proud of Stella when she conquers her fears. I've never known a kid who is braver than Stella.
